- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced

- 8 flour tortillas

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken slices, and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to turn golden. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are slightly soft.
- Return the chicken to the skillet. Add the salt, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Warm the flour tortillas according to the package instructions.
- Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top with your choice of grated cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and tomato, if desired.
